If you were traveling with children in Europe, wouldn’t it be nice to have a “base” from? That place would need large, cosy accommodation, with plenty of activities for both children and parents for those days ‘ stay in the hotel “and a quite fluent in English. Would also be accessible and located near enough the spots that you’re thinking of visiting.
Amazingly enough, there is such a place. Center Parcs has a chain of twenty offices spread throughout Europe, with other centres in France, England, Belgium, Germany and Netherlands. They have not done much publicity in the United States, so most travelers Americans don’t even know it exists.
The distinctive feature of each of these locations is the great dome that houses the kid activity zone, restaurants, shops, spas and pool-although the “pool” hardly does justice, since it slides, wave pools, kiddie pools, and more. Restaurants cover the full range of gastronomic specialities in fast food, and there is also a supermarket.
Each resort offers a variety of children’s activities. They have activities such as Baluba and factory experience, who have a room full of toys and play equipment, as well as a petting zoo, pony rides, climbing on walls and even snorkeling.
For adults, each resort offers sauna, shopping, bike trails and hiking, swimming and skiing, and more.
All resorts are located pretty close to monuments and cities (such as Waterloo, Antwerp, the Hague and Paris), so they make a perfect “home base” from which to explore Europe.
In addition, cottage in each resort are spacious and comfortable, because they were designed to handle a family of three generations. Most have fireplaces, widescreen TV, children’s beds and a private balcony. As a special feature, families can also book a room with a puppet theatre, circus tent, baby bath and collection of toys.

Disneyland is a popular destination for families, and there are an incredible number of things to see and do at the Park.

For many children, the highlight of the trip is a chance to shake hands and pose for a photo with a favorite character, like Mickey Mouse.

Some of the first things that come to mind are the rides at Disneyland. Disney rides range from extremely docile, as Bug’s life in area play adventures in California, to the unusual, like “Honey I Shrunk the Audience,” really fast, like the Matterhorn Bobsled and Space Mountain.

Many of the rides have height restrictions, which means an adult can be left at the end of the line with the smallest child while another adult take older children on the tour. Fortunately, the Park has a policy that keeps the show: when an adult is forced to wait for the other, the staff of the tour will give you a free pass that allows the second parent go to the front of the line.

Start your day with the arrival, as soon as the Park opens. Then, before the crowds arrive, hit the most popular rides, such as the adventures of Indiana Jones and Star Tours. In the afternoon, when the lines get long, abandon the rides for a little while and hit the stage and theater performances, as have the Enchanted Tiki Room honey Shrunk kids, and the country Bear Jamboree. When it arrives in the evening, be sure to catch Fantasmic, a spectacular show that takes place on the lagoon.

After Fantasmic and fireworks in the evening, the crowd begins to thin. If young people are to it, this is the ideal time to go to hit the rest of the popular rides such as pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion. In fact, after midnight, it is often possible to precipitate from ride to ride around with no lines at all, before the staff starts all closing at 1.

Unless the whole holiday is going to be spent locked in a hotel room and lobby, chances are, your family is going to meet some local wildlife. Fortunately, most wildlife is harmless.
The most dangerous animal in the world, statistically speaking, is the mosquito. Most mosquito breeds come out at dusk and remain active throughout the night. Mosquito can spread encephalitis, deng and most commonly fever, malaria. When traveling in areas with a lot of mosquitoes, make sure to use a good repellent (try-before-you-allergic reactions), loose clothes and compensation above the bed. Pay particular attention to ankles because the tube socks can prevent quite a few mosquito bites.
Other dangerous insects including scorpions and spiders. Make sure that children know not to go throwing stones and Rotten logs to hunt for treasures, because the treasure found might bite! Fortunately, most scorpions and spider bites are not lethal.
Other insects, such as fleas, ticks, bees and ants, are generally more dangerous than annoyance. The exception to this is allergic reactions. If your child is allergic to insect stings, be prepared with antihistamies or epi pens.
The second most dangerous animal in the world … is the dog. Don’t let kids pet or play with the dogs who do not know. In addition to the risk of rabies, some dogs may have a short temper and canine teeth can do a lot of damage to small hands. Cats and kittens, too, can damage or spread the disease with scratches or bites.
Make sure your children understand the difference between Winnie the Pooh and the bear family in the wilderness. Of course, the cubs look fun and playful, but you can still do a lot of damage, and there is always a bear MOM to contend with.
Under no circumstances should children get a bat. More than half of deaths anger over the past thirty years have all been plotted for bats.
